I give permission for my child to participate in The Net Fellowship's Vacation Bible School. I understand that I assume all risks and hazards related to incidental participation, including games and activities related to Vacation Bible School. I waive, release and absolve any indemnity and agree to hold harmless any and all volunteers of The Net Fellowship Vacation Bible School for any claim arising from any injury (or previous injury) to my child or his property.
